I agree with what Gem posted completely....... resistance training will improve your body composition the best...but....make sure you are physically ready for that as he says...
I mentioned walking as a way to get started because even someone in less than great health can do that and it gets you moving and your blood flowing and it requires no equipment or gym......just start walking!
