Maybe a possible interpretation could be that as we evolve to new states of awareness we cannot communicate so much with souls we knew in the past, our vibes shift and it's like we speak a different language or like we can't regard them familiar anymore, in general i believe dreams and visions are very symbolic, we need to read between the lines to interpret them, just thoughts.
