How true is all this? I do not know, but it does all make sense.

Interesting, I agree that the inhabitants of these reals just need to learn more in order to advance to go for higher realms.

Yes, I think the same as you. Some spirits are in lower levels because of their evolution and need to learn more in order to go to higher realms. It is indeed like being at school.
