No, you're not supposed to reincarnate together this life. Many don't have their TF incarnated this life.
TF have not really met in previous lives. It's a very high energy connection and only very recently is this possible to be sustained when they come together. And recently as in maybe 10 years if that.
It is possible that a Soul doesn't move on for a long period of time for whatever reason.
In any case, as it is it's not needed that everyone comes together with their TF this life. We need a critical mass. Bear in mind that most people are not ready for a TF connection at all. Maybe 10% who are, but to be honest I think it's less. I think 5% is already being positive, hihi.
