You cannot run before you learn to walk...
Start with a Qigong Form and do it daily until you can do it without thinking to much, until your movements come natural, not forced. In time you will start to feel ' Chi ', then you can go further...

Take time, there is no hurry, have patience. What Form are you doing now ?
