That's cool. I can see ghosts too. Not extremely often, but I see angels more often now that I have begun an official spiritual path. I see them in the form of "blobs" of white light moving across the room and then disappearing. Sometimes they look like sparkles. Like I might see a blue sparkle. When I'm out of body of course I can see them as full beings.
