And hurting your "self",your subconscious mind will not allow you hurting yourself whilst out of the body!
You have an etheric and astral body,the etheric follows you around like a big balloon,you are encased in an etheric bubble,this is what a clairvoyant sees when she does a reading,they call it the aura,a swirling mix of colours,seven in total,like putting white light through a prism,you get seven colours,you have seven planets,seven days a week,your whole life is divided into sevens,in particular your age,7-14-21-28-35-42-49 etc.
