Find out why you are addicted to cigarettes, why do you suck on that poison, are you in a way trying to subconsciously committing suicide ?. The only way to stop any addiction is to find why you are addicted, and deal with that, kick it in the butt, and maybe you will find what it is that keeps you in this prison, good luck.
