I recently transcribed a discourse (called Super DNA - Gateway to 2012) given by living enlightened spiritual guru, Paramahamsa Nithyananda and he went in depth on the scientific side of Indigo Children. Science is beginning to get it's foot into the spiritual world and prove many mystical things. Paramahamsa Nithyananda has really been adding science to all his teachings and I thought it'd be nice to share his words on Indigo children to you all. eNjoy!

The following are his words on the subject of Indigo Children and DNA Activation:

"I’ll add something about Indigo children so that you can all understand this super DNA. Children born throughout the history of humanity to raise the frequency of the planet and human consciousness which are having more than two strands of active DNA are called Indigo children, Rainbow children, Crystal children. There are three or four names. Please understand. Throughout history, the kids that are born and are taking birth, something extraordinary is in them. Science is now clearly proving that more than two strands of DNA are active in them. They are called Indigo kids and throughout the history, there are references that Indigo kids were there.

The core of the DNA imprint is built on a 12 strand structure which says human form was designed to embody 12 dimensions of conscious awareness. I always used to talk of the 11 dimensions. The 12th is the Shiva state; the Nithyananda state or fully awakened Shiva consciousness.

Please understand. These are the shastra pramanas, meaning the eternal truths, revealed by modern day rishis. Then I’ll add my understanding of these 12 stands, human body, and two stands being active, more than two strands being active in kids, and how it happens.

The following is from scientist and researcher, Cheryl Cokshialansa(spelling?):
'The junk DNA is the dormant DNA. Activation is a tremendous gift to accelerate the spiritual awakening of collective consciousness on the planet.'

'A person with two strands of DNA with only one active is like a computer with access to only 16 MB RAM memory and can run only a few programs. Once the DNA is activated, it is like getting internet connection. It can access anything by intent and intuition.'

Please understand. These are not my words. These are the collection from different researches and discoveries.

'The dormant DNA activation level controls your frequency. Every time when a DNA is activated, you download higher consciousness from soul, identity, and attract people, places, and beings of similar high frequency.'

Again, it may look like my words. It is not my words. What I’m going to add is my words. These are exact quotations I am reading out from different scientist and people who are specialists in this field, researchers.

'DNA activation not only has an effect on the individual but the change can affect the individual’s ancestors, three to five generations in the past as well as three to five generations in the future.' "


Later in the discourse he stated:
"Children born throughout the history of the earth to raise the frequency of the planet earth that have more than two strands of active DNA are called Indigo children. Most of the 60s rebels and 70s hippies were Indigo children. Please understand, in the 60s, there was a huge rebel movement that started. In the 70s, there was a huge hippie movement that started. Many of them were Indigo children. Unfortunately the society is so cunning, so frozen. It was unable to accommodate them and labeled them as negative and pushed them aside. Recently, the researchers who are working on this line are saying that after the 90s, an enormous amount of kids are emerging. Please understand: They are saying around 40 times more kids than the 60s and 70s are taking birth whose DNA has more than two strands active. Indigos are born with activated DNA and are natural telepaths. Please understand. There is a huge number of kids whose DNA is active more than two strands. It means the multidimensional kids are taking birth. This is solid proof that a huge uplifting in human consciousness is happening. I tell you, this is the best time to be on planet earth!"

He also says about the activated strands:
"One strand will always be awakened the moment you have a body. And the second will be awakened the moment you start seeking. The second through sixth is enlightenment period. The sixth through twelfth is the incarnation period. By the time the twelfth is awakened, you are an incarnation. One more thing, after the twelfth is awakened, there are hundreds of new layers that open up. The new layers that open up are called Purinavatar which means that so many different, different, different, different truths and revelations will constantly be revealed to the world… constantly be shared to the world."


This is such an intriguing topic and he took it to a whole deeper understanding.
