Yes to the first question. I wonder why it happens. I always have seen :38 on the clock, which adds up to 11. And the sequencing numbers :39 but it started out at :31 and has progressed yearly by one number all the way to 39 so this has been happening 8 years. I guess if I have any gifts they're not good. I'm fairly cursed in my life. Its all linked to another person, the repeating numbers even. Its annoying and haunting. Sorry I'm not much help.
