Energy is not something you are, it is something that flows through you. Neither is it a question of how much energy you have, but one about how much you believe your need. Some can accomplish far more with less than those with more even come close to. Neither is it a question of hight, but a question of whether or not you are in alignment with self. You already are everything you desire out of life. The question is just whether or not you allow it to be... and allowing does not take up energy, it is letting it flow effortlessly through you.
