Spirit message blocking
Can anyone tell me how to stop a blockage when giving a message from spirit as I find my self doing that. I can link with spirit by letting them blend with my energy overshadowing but when it comes to direct messages with evidence I block. I also hear spirits talking to me I can tell there male or female but the words I can’t as they are to quick to understand. I’ve asked my guides for help and for spirits to lower it a little to clearly hear but nothing also when I hear them I get a feeling of tingling with a ripple effect
