One change I am making is to use dish washing time as a meditation - fully feeling the experience of that - the flow of the water, smooth texture of the plates, different pressure I use for different task, etc. I just described here so it would be easier to understand, but I actually do not think or label, when I do that -just feel.
Then I actually like washing dishes.
