Photonic Constant?
What is the mechanism of action, that, allows EMRadiation { photon } appear as the same constant speed, to all observers, irrespective of their speed toward, or away from the photon { EMRadiation }?
Why is EMRadiation a constant to all observers?
Why doesnt the observed speed of radiation change when the observer moves?
Why are maxwells equations invariant irrespective of the frame of reference?
Why is speed of EMRadiation a constant, no matter what?
