The point of this post is that I see a lot of people making this claim, yet I always wonder how can I actually know this from my direct experience, have you actually seen that everything is made out of energy? that these words you see on your screen are made out of energy?

It is simply a belief produced by scientific experiments and observational that we've read about or learned via other means.
At the end of the day, we are not 100% right about anything. It's all just moving energy, after all.
