I have a favourite book on NDEs, it really saved my sanity. I had an NDE in 1975 before there was any information about this phenomenon. It frightened the life out of me. I was sure I had developed a psychosis. Then I found Dr. Raymond
Moody's book "Life after Life". It was so healing, it showed I was not the only one to have an NDE and it confirmed I was not going mad.
