Watch the youtubes from very funny people talking about Selenite (they are almost buzzing with energy,ha)
People that don't have anything to do with alternative woo-woo anything...
actually feel a difference with Selenite over them...
washing them clean, so to speak. 
Don't sleep with them on your room, too much energy ---also be sure never to wash them ---water
dissolves them!
