Hey, guys... I'm not all sure if this is remotely connected to Astral Projection. But a mere fragment of it seems like it....

So, I've had this weird "thing" happen to me. This is how it goes.

I'm lying in my bed to go to sleep. Right? I close my eyes, to actually go to sleep. (Remember, I had no intention to project) so then, here's the weird thing, after a while, I actually drop into that hypnotic state. (I can still move.) So all of a sudden, I feel like... I can't feel my body, and another of my body is right beside my body. And when I swing open my eyes, it's as if that "second body" just
disappears as soon as I open them. Though, I can still move during all that. What is this?

NOTE: I did not experience any vibrations, paralysis, or anything like that.
