Stuck in sleep paralysis??
Hello all! I have been experimenting with astral projection for some time now but can't seem to get past the separation stage. I feel the tingling & will be stuck in the sleep paralysis state but won't manage to leave my body. If anyone has any tips or experienced this problem before, please help!
