We can get all sorts of sensations when working w/ energy. Others can be at the back of the neck radiating down into the body (5th chakra) when communicating w/ our spiritual team & energy radiating down from the torso into the legs. When doing active energy work, sending or receiving energy from elsewhere is is possible to feel the energy flow.

One may or may not get the same sensation that another has. Getting or not getting a specific perception can vary for different people. We perceive energetic things through all the senses.
