Hi all, I have been thinking to go to an Acupuncture therapies which would be my 1st time of going.
I was thinking going for my upper back and neck, but I also thinking about my PMS (premenstrual syndrome).

Does anyone know if Acupuncture will help PMS? And my emotions that go's with it?

Would like to hear from anyone who can help me on this question
