At least it requires awareness, because the same way your guru is within you, so is your Shaman, your love, your life... so it requires you to present in a state where you are not adding to your injury, but are releasing the stuckness of your beingness
That comes from that Quantum technique of disengaging before engaging something new, that of being relaxed, curious and emotionally energized
