what is the advantage of herbal tea

Now many people are changing their traditional tea. Now people have adopted herbal tea instead of normal tea. Gradually the number of people drinking it is also increasing. What is herbal tea…?
Herbal teas, like traditional teas, are not made from a plant with Camellia sinensis bush. It is made by drying various fresh flowers, seeds, roots and medicines.

2. Once you make tea, you can use it again.
3. For flavor and therapeutic benefits, keep the herbal tea covered for one to two minutes and then sieve it.
4. Herbal leaves should not be boiled in water for a long time, due to which they become oxidized.
5. Once the tea leaves are used, you can use it again.
6. Herbal tea is much less harmful than common tea. But sometimes it happens that some things do not suit many people or their physical needs are different due to many reasons. For example pregnant women, heart patients, diabetes patients etc. In such a situation, it is advisable for those people to consult an expert or a doctor before using herbal tea.
