I did the VGB app on my ipad, and every day I did it, I ate really well the next day. I lost 20 pounds (one and a half stone) while I was doing it. But maybe theres a chance that The days where I was feeling strong I was more likely to listen to it. I missed a few days out, and ate bad the following days, but maybe thats because I din't have the will to listen to it. I have gained 10 pounds back since I did it two months ago. I will listen to it again tonight :)
