Taking care of your physical vehicle is part of being incarnate AS a spiritual being. Pretty much as long as you keeping in perspective that the spiritual is more important than the physical, there shouldn't be a 'problem'.
Spiritual difficulties arise when intellect, ego, or emotion take the position that they are they most important.
