I dont know about the budget but most people who have seen it so far all give it 5 out of 5 stars here with raving reviews. You can read them at the bottom on the link provided. Funny though the critics all hated it, just like they hated all the religious movies, whereas the actual people loved it.

Hollywood only? Money? I thought we were talking about religious movies...
