I've struggled for years. At the moment I am smoking, I started a week ago after 6 weeks off them. I was doing overtime at work one night on a burst water main in the middle of winter at night with 2 other smokers. The thought of spending a night in a muddy trench in sub zero temperature with no comfort was just too frightening for me. Yes I know, weak as ****.
