I agree with pluralone completely! Learn how to use energy from around you. I personally draw energy from the earth allowing it to spiral up my body and through my hands, I will also draw in energy through my crown. you can use either method or both at the same time, allow them to meet in the middle and then go through your hands. Using both is supposed to be like using yin and yang.
