Amazing I was only doing this stroking intuitively a couple of days ago ,and now God has led me to this thread and the other steps,,which i will be doing as today The great news is the docs dont think I have MS or CfS or similar she is more than sure it is extreme anxiety disorder to the point it has incapacitated me, and so the healing continues ,they want to put me on meds but Im out on that cause I believe there is better ways....
