I gotta have more faith in the heart cause this is what I used to do as a 12 year old kid. The heart transforms, I know this, I feel this for sure.
I'm now just desiring to learn a way to bridge energy to compassionate action. ..
Geez - I really gotta get back into a meditation practice.
