Yes. It is sadness which differs from empathy. It seems to link back to indigo traits where the general feeling is that the 3d world does not match up with the world we come from.
I am inclined to think that it is a trait I have vaguely held onto because it reminds me of where I have come from and what I am trying to anchor here from higher more unified realities.
