Atman is Brahman.
The Buddha taught 2,500 years ago that our reality is a byproduct of our Thoughts.
The adequate point one gets to is realizing that (s)he is G-d/G-ddess.
"For in Him/Her we Live and Move and Have Our Being."
We cannot get away from G-d/G-ddess... There is nothing about us that G-d/G-ddess see's as less than itself for it knows that it and its creation are but One, that to cast out the foe would be to cast out the friend for they are both the offspring of the same Mother. Therefore is G-d/G-ddess all Love because (S)he loves Itself.
