hehe upon putting my hand out to meet the avatar's (I am some feet away sitting on a couch as the computer is connected to a giant tv screen) and trying to concentrate on the positive energy exchange I got some sensations in my body, like a positive static and movement, perhaps especially in my forehead and stomach. now I've had sensations like that before but I always wonder if it's just in my head or if it is really a special sensation.. anyways I guess I get it when I am trying to concentrate on healing in general.. and my wish was for me to be able to help others more.
