I have had Schizophrenia since 1992. I've been relying all these years on medication alone.. I'm now interested in alternative help.. Herbal, Spiritual, Prayer, meditation anything. Anyone have suggestions? Something that can help me.. I hear voices and have a bit of anxiety. I would be willing to try something different.
