First of all, welcome to this little flurry of reflection. I receive your question in no disrespect.
The information you are in reference to comes from my spirit. Yet what I know and can do, so too can and will you.

My relationship with spirit, and that of my soul group orientation, multiplied by my energy configuration permits me access to certain corridors of knowledge and memory which are, for some, perhaps for the time being, out of their current reach.
