stable I think last time I saw him, thanks for asking...coincidentally I have just called in one of the eastern European shops and they have some powder that looks like it could be yoghurt enzymes, must make a note of the name and check it at a future date, they are very cheap those shops for some stuff- eg I bought a kilo of hazelnuts last year for £1 while in the main supermarkets they cost about £3 for about a quarter of that weight
