Hello,
I'd like to add that when you're using the pendulum, you can ask it to make the movements bigger and larger. With you feeling that another is moving the pendulum, that's what you want because you shouldn't be the one moving a pendulum. As for your hand trembling, it's not an issue with pendulums as the energy should override such physical movements.
Seems to me that you're off to a good start.
