I am no astrologer but I see that you have Saturn and Uranus in Sagittarius in the 2nd house.
While the 10th house relates to a person's profession and social status, the 2nd house places a focus on your resources (financial/physical/emotional/mental/spiritual) and the way you are able to use them to shape and consolidate your position in life. It indicates the avenues through which money will be gained and lost.
Sagittarius is adventurous but may be drawn to a variety of projects, thus becoming over-extended, and completing projects may become a challenge. The higher aspect of Sagittarius is more focused, the archer shooting the arrow at a target and going directly to that goal, before finding a new goal and so on.
The placement of Saturn in the 2nd house may indicate that this is an area of our lives where we are challenged. Saturn suggests the need for discipline and effort in order to manifest something on the physical level. Uranus in the 2nd house adds an element of change and impulsiveness to the mix. It may also depend on how these planets are aspected by other planets.

So it does seem as if your resources are being pulled in different directions, and you may begin numerous projects without completing any. Hence the feeling of the lack of time. And interestingly, in old mythology Saturn is considered as the god of Time as well as Karma.
