Very sound advice, very sound indeed. Not much to add, except maybe two pretty contradictory things a) it's really hard to help anyone, even 'ourselves', b) you never know when just being kind, just being there, may be that trigger you talk about, so even though there's little we can do to help, don't stop trying!
