Exclamation How staff address breaks of the guidelines/rules of the forum.

To help others know how we run the forums we have compiled a list of how we do things around here. An "offense" is something that breaks the guidelines/rules of the forum. The guidelines/rules can be read here:forum rules/guidelines

First offense is a pm from a member of staff. With the thread in the pm so you know what we are referring to. The pm will also have the rule(s) that were broken and us asking you to familiarize the rules of the forum.

Second offense is another pm from staff with the same things that were mentioned in the first offense and will mention that further infractions will result in an official warning that may result in disciplinary action.

Third offense is an official warning from the staff. This will have what was mentioned in the first pm. Such as the thread in question and the rule(s) that was broken. Depending on the seriousness of this issue their may be a temporary ban of 24-48 hours.

Fourth offense is a pm with your offense, the thread, and a mandatory temporary ban of 24-48 hours.

Fifth offense is a final warning that any further breaches of the rules will result in a permanent ban. You will also receive a mandatory temporary ban of two weeks to one month.

Sixth offense is a permanent ban from the forum.


Instant bans can happen as well. They would be the result of these things. Insta-ban examples. ie threats of physical or psychic violence, stalking, harassing, homophobia, racism, posting of pornographic pictures, spamming of websites or threads, etc.

These rules can be subject to change as the forum grows and changes. Certain things can be added, or edited.
