Lightbulb advice on how to start

past few months i have been practicing mindfulness all day like whenever it comes to mind i will feel my feet touching the floor or what my eyes notice and sensations feelings etc..

but recently started medidation, started at10 mins and is very easy considering before i found 3mins so hard

The thing is the mindfulness practice made meditation a lot more easy i am thinking

was curious about something, first time i felt i was floating and the ground beneath me was empty

i tried kundulani sp? And felt trees wrap around me and about to go into my mouth but then a light (serpent) blasted it from me

How many mins a day would you suggest for me considering i have been practicing mindfulness a while all day whenever i remember because it helps with my depression
