Either way, it's good to be reminded that physical living is just as important to the health of the chakras as working psychically, in healing or balancing the chakras is.

The third eye chakra is very powerful and a great source of self-knowledge can be found here in my experience. Indeed, it is working with this chakra and the amethyst crystal that has helped me to connect cause-and-effect and it also allows me to see the synchronicities and hidden guidance that is present in life.
