Here is one I really like and I have used in Workshops.
Relax
Your face, jaw, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, torso, hips, legs, to a state of being loose and at ease
Focus Breathing
Inhale through the nose, retain and exhale from the mouth
Repeat 4 -5 times
Now open the Chakras
Starting with the Crown Chakra see it opening slowly
See it as pure White Light and move that Light down to the spine
Breathe
Next the Third Eye Chakra again the White Light opens there
Open to bring in the “colors” that might be there
Breath
Next to the Throat again with the White Light opens there
Open to release that breath that at times might catch
Breathe
Next to the Heart Chakra with the White Light here open to LOVe and the feelings of SELF
Breathe
Next to the Solar Plexus Chakra open to release the tensions
Open the White Light here to clear away fears and stress
Breathe
Next to the Spleen Chakra open here to release the pains we might have
Open the White Light here to start to heal
Breathe
Next to the Root Chakra this is the center of your DNA
Open the White Light here to feel the vibrations of you Higher Self
Breathe
See the energy as a ball of White Light that moves freely though the body. The ball is free to roll from spot to spot, feel where it needs to go and gently move it there.
Breathe
Slowly move back into your state of consciousness and into the chair you’re in.
Slowly open your eyes and come fully present again
Breathe and be here again
