Matthew Raymond Warne continued his journey forth on Friday, November 6, 2009. He was 28-years-old.

Matt was the kind of soul created from the most magnificent dreams, passion, beauty, words, music and art that exist in this world. He was a gentle, quiet and tender spirit who loved to write, to read, to talk about spiritual ideas, to take little walks, to eat a nice meal at his favourite restaurant, to create lovely ambient music, to cuddle with his beloved kitty Antoine, to laugh at a silly joke, and so much more.

Everything he did was full of his beautiful, pure, romantic spirit that touched the hearts of people all over the world. He expressed himself the best in his writing. His words were passionate, wise, and insightful, and above all, deeply poetic and brimming with angelic energy that brought joy and hope to all.

Matt was an idealist and never gave up on his poetic vision of life. He used his great talents and creativity to set up a spiritual forum on the web that quickly became the largest site of its kind, attracting people of like minds from all over the planet. Matt’s dedication to this haven for deeply spiritual souls was a great gift to the world, and it will continue to live on in his name.

There were so many elements to Matt’s existence. He was very complex; his mind was rich with ideas and insights that made people pay attention to what he had to say. He was a great teacher to many, and was respected and loved by everyone who knew him. He could be serious and thoughtful, then mischievous and light-hearted. He was quirky, fragile, inquisitive, humble, and introspective. He had dreams, and he followed them.

One of his dreams was to be able to live in the United States. Matt was born in England. He fulfilled his dream and came to the U.S. in 2006, where he was pursuing his education through a student visa. He had many plans, hopes and desires, and was working hard to make these a reality.

Although it is a great tragedy that Matt did not live long enough to achieve some of the dreams he had, those who know and love him understand that his spirit is living on, and he has simply passed through the veil, continuing his journey forth to understand love and life.

Matt’s favourite saying was “Love is the most important thing in the world.” That sums up who Matt was, who he is, and who he always will be. His light continues to shine, just as it always did, from the moment he was born. It will never be extinguished.

We miss you, dear Matt. And we love you. We will see you again someday……….

Thank you for sharing those words with us, annonafox, it is good to know a little bit more about a man who is the heart of this forum. He will live on through this forum for ever.

God Bless
