pay very close attention to how you are feeling. most of the time, when we are just starting out, we are still working on our beliefs. you can FEEL when you are in the state of knowing and belief. if you feel anxiety or doubt that it works, you will attract more fear and doubt and anxiety of it not working. remember, whatever you focus on is what you're going to get. by paying attention to how you FEEL first before you notice what you think, you will know if you are thinking the right things. good thoughts will always make you feel good, bad thoughts always make you feel bad. congratulations on embarking on this Journey!
