Exclatly what your saying is excatly true there differences in being possessed and being dimensional channeler. When one becomes a vessel they are either attach with you sorta like a family. You can channel or be part of collective where you can feel and take on a soul coming through your own body. Very few have this abilities. But if not true to you please continue going to doctor if you feel like you need to though.
