I searched youtube with questions like "how to see aura". When one of the videos were on, I idly looked at my hand according to the instruction, and I continued boredly as the video continued. Then all of a sudden, I experienced something cool. The audial way worked better for me than reading text, as I could practise while listening to instructions.
