I find it best to evolve things from where they are through our own inner guidance. These entities you created are most likely thought forms. I would not treat them harshly.
Our journey as a human is always a partnership with our higher self. I strongly encourage a love bond with this aspect of our self. Nothing can help you more than that as I see these things.
