Turn on all the lights. Burn sage, palo santo wood, or frankincense. They can't stand it. If you have a bell then ring it. Meditate and ask your guides for assistance in removing it. In your mind or out loud, yell at it to leave and that its not welcome. Tell it to never come back. Then call Archangel Michael and ask him to make sure it's gone.
It should stop immediately.
