What is the difference?

I think I feel more drawn to Naturopathy...

Could anyone share their experience with me please?

I think I want to see one but I am worried of the amount of food I may get asked to cut out. I want a treatment that works with me, that teaches me to eat more of the right things so I stop craving the wrong things. And that will help with my health problems.
